FitSet Ninja programs are designed to foster teamwork and collaboration as students learn and practice different ways to conquer obstacles in a fun and healthy way.
The FitSet Ninja Mobile Obstacle Course for schools meets several curriculum outcomes in the Alberta Physical Education and Wellness Program of studies, and compliments student learning in other courses as well.
FitSet Ninja will be at QES on September 11, 2025 and students in grades K-8 will participate in the obstacle course and training activities during their regular Physical Education time.
